Former minister and YSRCP leader Ambati Rambabu recently shared the happy news of his daughter Sreeja’s wedding in the United States. The intimate ceremony, attended only by close family and friends, was held at a local temple.
In a video message, Rambabu expressed his joy and revealed that Sreeja, who is currently pursuing her studies in endocrinology in the U.S., married Jasti Harsha, a software engineer chosen by her. The wedding was conducted as per the couple’s wishes.
Originally, the family had planned a grand celebration in India, but due to visa hurdles and travel restrictions, the plans had to be altered. Rambabu also explained that Harsha’s parents could not attend the wedding as their visa applications were rejected multiple times.
Despite these challenges, the couple intends to visit India soon, where a grand reception will be organized to celebrate the occasion with extended family and friends.
Adding a touch of humor, Rambabu remarked on the changing marriage trends, noting how earlier “doctor-doctor” alliances were common, but now “doctor-engineer” matches are becoming popular. He thanked all friends and well-wishers who joined virtually and blessed the newlyweds from afar.
