The 56-year-old Suresh S, a scientist with the National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) was reportedly found murdered in his apartment in Hyderabad. Suresh was allegedly killed by unknown persons in Ameerpet at his residence, Annapurna Apartment.
Suresh is a native of Kerala, who is working in Hyderabad, and his wife Indira is a bank employee in Chennai. He used to live alone in the flat. His colleagues called his mobile number when he did not come to the office on Tuesday. As there was no response, they alerted his wife, Indira, in Chennai. Soon, Indira reached Hyderabad along with her other family members and broke open the flat to find Suresh lying dead. Cops suspect that he was killed by hitting with a heavy object on the head. Cops are currently looking into CCTV footages around the apartment and to also gather some clues in the nearby places. Suresh is said to be residing in the city for nearly 20 years and his wife Indira was transferred to Chennai in 2005. Their son is settled in the US, while the daughter lives in New Delhi.
