After the lukewarm response to her Bollywood debut Baby John, National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh is gearing up for a powerful comeback — and this time, it’s with a high-profile bilingual film alongside Tamil superstar Suriya.

Directed by Venky Atluri of Lucky Bhaskar fame, the film is shaping up to be a unique biopic titled 796 CC, a nod to the iconic Indian car brand Maruti. The project promises to trace the inspiring journey behind one of India’s most beloved automobiles, and it’s already sparking nostalgia and excitement among fans.

Produced on a grand scale by Sithara Entertainments, the film is expected to go on floors in the second week of May. Though several names were considered for the female lead, sources confirm that Keerthy Suresh is the top choice and is almost finalized for the role.
