Senior actress Annapoornamma and Master Ravi Teja starred in lead roles in the much-hyped film ‘Annapoornammagari Manavadu’. Another senior legendary actress Jamuna played the lead role while Baladitya and Archana acted as a couple.
This film is directed by National Award winner Narra Shivanageswara Rao (Shivanagu) and produced by M.N.R Choudhary on M.N.R Films banner. It is all set to release overseas on Sunday (October 25).
With the increasing number of small films and independent films by newcomers releasing on OTT platform, every other film maker too is eyeing to make it to the digital platform. However, since theatrical release got approvals, they are also vying to own theatre rights lately.
In this context, speaking at a press conference on the occasion, director Shivanagu said, “This is the first time that a small budget film in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam will be released simultaneously overseas. Our film, which is predominantly being released on Amazon Prime, will be out in India only after it opens in theatres,” he said.
“Shivanagu, a director with good taste, made the film very well. The songs are very good, “said music director Koti, who graced the event as the guest. Music was provided by Raj Kiran and Camera by Girikumar.
