Prabhas and Anushka are one of the most talked-about couples in India. Even though they’ve announced that they’re best friends, the world is not ready to believe them and continue to spin rumours about their relationship and wedding plans.
For the past couple of weeks, Anushka has been in the news for various reasons. In a recent interview to media, she has opened about her equation with her Baahubali co-star.
Elaborating more about their relationship, she said, “I have known Prabhas for over 15 years now and he is one of my 3 AM friends. We are usually linked up because both of us are not married and make an amazing on-screen pair. Had there been anything between both of us, it would have been out by this time. Both of us are the same kind of people who don’t hide any emotions if we are involved.”
She also named some of her close friends in the Telugu film industry -“Nani, Prabhas, Rana, Supriya Yarlagadda, Prasanthi, Vamsi and Pramod (of UV Creations), Rajamouli family and many more.”
Anushka was recently linked to Telugu-Hindi filmmaker, Prakash Kovelamudi. At a recent media interaction, she said that such rumours affect her family.
She stated, “I have no idea from where these rumours come from. People who are close to me know who I am. I am someone who doesn’t give importance to gossips. But, these rumours affect my family.”
On the work front, she is waiting for the release of her upcoming flick, Nishabdham. Directed by Hemant Madhurkar, the film, which features Madhavan, Anjali and Shalini Pandey, will grace the screens on April 2.
