AP govt is all set to take disciplinary action against AB Venkateswarao

The government of Andhra Pradesh is all set to take disciplinary action against former intelligence chief AB Venkateswara Rao for making public allegations against his superiors and for violating the terms of the suspended service.

Jagan government took the comments made by ABV seriously after the Commissioner of Inquiries inquiry. The government ordered to reply in writing within 30 days.

ABV is already under suspension on charges of fraud in the procurement of surveillance equipment. The government is preparing to take action against AB Venkateswara Rao once again for acting against the Service Rules.

Andhra Pradesh government Chief Secretary Adityanath Das issued the orders regarding this on Sunday. The government has directed disciplinary action against AB Venkateswara Rao (IPS batch 1989) for violating All India Service regulations.
