APSRTC opens booking from April 15th

With Corona virus lockdown, the transport services have been badly hit. There are unconfirmed rumours that the lockdown might be extended. Putting down these rumours, the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has decided to resume the services.

The RTC officials have reportedly said the people can start booking for their travel from April 15th. For time being only Super Luxury and Delux services were initiated for booking and depending upon the Corona virus outbreak in the state, the RTC wants to ease other services too. There is no booking for AC buses too, informed the RTC sources.

Also these services are only from Vijayawada to other places in Andhra Pradesh. About 115 services are likely to come on roads from April 15th and this would seriously bring a relief among the general public.

However it is yet to be known whether the YSRCP government has any clue about RTC opening the bookings from the above mentioned date.

Coming to the Corona cases in AP, in the last 12 hours, just one case has been reported and the officials are optimistic that the outbreak would come down in the next few days.
