Post the phenomenal success of “Arjun Reddy” at the box office, hero Vijay Devarakonda’s all other pending projects have taken wings. He’s said to be shooting simultaneously for a couple of films. Here goes an interesting snippet about his next.
Apart from cinematographer Rahul Sankrithyan’s debut film as a director, currently this dynamic hero is also shooting for director Parasuram’s movie. This is being produced by Geetha Arts and the film got an interesting title now. We hear that they have fixed “Geetha Govindam” as a title for this film.
While the title sounds and hints us about a family drama coming up from Parasuram, one wonders what is that point he’s dealing with after looking at his previous film ‘Srirastu Subamastu’. While the titles are having that epic and Vedic touch, the subjects generally are dealing with routine masala stories.
Meanwhile, as Lavanya Tripathi walked out of this film due to some unknown issues, Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna has joined the cast as the lead girl. For that reason, Vijay is busy attending the Kannada films of Rashmika as a Chief Guest too!!
