She later transitioned into films, making her Telugu cinema debut as the female lead in Uyyala Jampala. Since then, Avika has appeared in several films, steadily growing her fanbase and winning hearts with her performances.
Recently, Avika took to social media to share a joyous personal update — she is officially engaged to Milind Chandwani. Sharing lovely engagement photos, Avika expressed her emotions with heartfelt words:

Avika lovingly described how their contrasting personalities complement each other perfectly — while she is dreamy and dramatic, Milind is practical and composed. The two have reportedly been in a relationship for nearly five years. Interestingly, they first met in Hyderabad through mutual friends, where Milind initially friend-zoned her. Over time, however, their friendship blossomed into love, and now they are all set to tie the knot.
