Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna are teaming up for the first time in the upcoming Hindi horror drama Thamma. The makers unveiled the much-anticipated trailer today, which also showcases Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a powerful role. With its unique premise and intriguing presentation, the film has already set high expectations.
The story revolves around supernatural events that change the life of Alok, played by Ayushmann. After a chilling encounter with Yakshasan (Nawazuddin Siddiqui), Alok is transformed into a vampire. On the other side, Rashmika plays Tadaka, who too is a vampire.
As the bond between Ayushmann and Rashmika deepens, their hidden identities come to light. This leads to conflict, with Rashmika urging separation. What follows is a gripping showdown between Ayushmann and Nawazuddin, packed with horror, drama, and intense visuals.
Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and written by Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew, and Arun Fulara, Thamma promises to deliver a fresh take on vampire horror in Indian cinema.
