B town drug mafia: NCB refutes false claims made by Kshitij’s lawyer

Following two days of grilling and seizing drugs from Kshitij Prasad’s (Former Dharmatic Entertainment employee (the digital arm of Dharma Productions), the NCB captured him on Saturday (September 26). As per the sources, Kshitij was shifty to most inquiries and hence his custodial cross examination became significant in Karan Johar case too.

Reportedly he is closely connected with Ankush Arneja, who has just been detained by the NCB. Ankush runs a prominent restaurant in south Mumbai.

The NCB examination uncovered that Ankush Arneja was selling contrabands, similar to MDMA and weed, to some prominent people, including Business magnates and few big wigs in Bollywood.

Sources said Kshitij would purchase drugs from Ankush who procured them from other peddlers. Anubhav Chopra, close friend of Kshitij and an employee of Dharma productions was also interrogated.

Kshitij Prasad’s lawyer Satish Manshinde has proclaimed that Kshitij was compelled by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to falsely implicate Karan Johar aka Kjo and other executives of the production house in the alleged drug mafia case. The agency has refuted the false claims, asserting that the probe was conducted in a thorough professional manner.
