The Bachchans’ had a low-key Diwali celebration this year – it was a family-only affair at Jalsa with a simple puja on Thursday evening, glimpses of which are on Amitabh Bachchan’s Twitter.
Amitabh Bachchan was seen clad in a pink and grey kurta with white pyjama, Abhishek looked dapper in a royal blue kurta, Aishwarya’s attire complemented that of her hubby’s, Jaya Bachchan was seen clad in an off-white saree and Aaradhya looked adorable in an off-white lehenga.
The Bachchans’ abstained from grand Diwali celebrations this year because of the death of a family member earlier this year – Aishwarya’s father Krishna Raj Rai died in February.
