The expectations on the film are soaring high and Akhil is releasing on a public holiday to cash in on the craze. Akhil is sure to get a kick start at the domestic box office but the overseas buyers are worried about the Wednesday release.
Releasing on Wednesday means premieres will be screened on Tuesday and the movie should sustain until weekend because it is when the audiences come in big numbers. Akhil should hold the interest of audience for three days to see big numbers on Friday and Saturday. Akhil should get glowing reviews and the mouth talk must be ultra positive for that to happen. Another biggest headache is the piracy.
Pirated copies will be all over the internet by the first weekend. So Akhil should get superb talk to get good collections in overseas. It is good to have a holiday release in the domestic circuit but overseas buyers always pray for a Friday release. Sadly AKhil overseas buyers didn’t get what they hoped for. Now a lot will depend on the talk and reviews for Akhil to do well in overseas.
