The curtain-raiser episode of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s celebrity talk show on Aha Video, Unstoppable premiered today and it proved to be a compelling one. As is known, Manchu Mohan Babu is the special guest on the show along with Manchu Lakshmi and Manchu Vishnu. This episode is powered by the honest conversations between Balayya and Mohan Babu as they open up about their political careers and as well as personal experiences. The duo lit it up with their hilarious conversations and sparkling revelations that indeed catch the attention of the viewers.
Balakrishna asked Mohan Babu about his opinion on Chiranjeevi now. To which, the latter replies “I personally hold nothing against Chiranjeevi. He is a good actor and a good dancer. He married Allu Ramalingaiah garu’s daughter Surekha, who is like a sister to me. On the personal front, I have nothing against Chiranjeevi.” Mohan Babu went on to add that he is a straightforward person by nature and doesn’t intend to mess with other people until and unless they provoke him.
About the political aspirations, Balakrishna asks Mohan Babu why he had to leave Sr NTR and TDP for his political motives. Mohan Babu responds, saying “Yes, it is true that I was misled during the political campaign that unfolded while Sr NTR was excluded from TDP. I trusted in Chandrababu Naidu and went behind Sr NTR. I regret this move. After leaving Sr NTR, I once met him along with Rajinikanth and then, NTR said he didn’t expect something like that from a person like me. I was left speechless at that moment and realized I had done something really bad. I shouldn’t have went behind Sr NTR that day,” Mohan Babu said.
Then, Mohan Babu asks Balakrishna why he didn’t take over TDP after Sr NTR and why he let Chadrababu take over the reins. Balayya responds “TDP doesn’t follow the hereditary regime. Whoever is capable of leading the party will be given the opportunity to do so. Chandrababu Naidu was a seasoned leader and we all felt he was the right leader to marshall the troops from the front. I and other TDP leaders are well and truly behind Chandrababu Naidu.”
