Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Prestigious 100th film, Gautamiputra Sathakarani was launched this morning at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. Telangana Chief Minister KCR sounded the clap board for the first shot while Dasari Narayana Rao directed it. Megastar Chiranjeevi switched on the camera for the muhurtham shot and Victory Venkatesh operated the camera.
Speaking at the event, Balayya talked at length about his inseparable relationship with fans. He also added that the continuous love of his fans and Telugu people has made him what he is today. He revealed how he feels blessed to star in such history character and announced that he is dedicating the film to all the Teluguites across the world..
Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna may be rivals at the box office in their prime. But the Megastar said that Balayya will recreate history in Telugu cinema with Gautamiputra Sathakarani. Victory Venkatesh said that Balayya’s 100th film will run in the theaters for 200 days in 1000 theaters much to the cheer of the crowd.
