
Music continues to be a major promotional force in Indian cinema, with first singles often setting the tone for a film’s entire marketing campaign. The first week of November is shaping up to be a significant one, with several high-profile releases gearing up to launch their opening tracks.
The first single from The Raja Saab, initially planned for Prabhas’ birthday on October 23, is now confirmed to release on November 5. This film marks Thaman’s first full-fledged collaboration with Prabhas and is slated for a theatrical release on January 9.
On November 8, Peddi will unveil its first single during AR Rahman’s concert in Hyderabad. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film brings together Ram Charan and AR Rahman for the first time and is scheduled for release on March 27, 2026.
Meanwhile, Akhanda 2: Thaandavam is gearing up to release its introductory track in early November, ahead of its December 5 theatrical release. The reunion of Nandamuri Balakrishna, Boyapati Sreenu, and Thaman has already generated strong anticipation.
Jana Nayagan (titled Jana Nayakudu in Telugu) will also begin its musical promotions in the same period. Its first single, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, was postponed due to the Karur stampede incident but is now back on schedule, with the film targeting a Pongal release on January 9.
With major stars, celebrated composers, and strategic release plans, the first week of November promises to be a festive musical start for film enthusiasts.
