Bharatiya janata party MP Poonam Mahajan wrote to BMC chief Sitaram Kunte about the illegal ramp set up next to Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow, BMC on Thursday served a notice asking to demolish the ramp within 7 days. In her letter, Mahajan hasn’t directly named the actor.
However, the letter opposed the ramp citing that it is highly inconvenient for residents using the road, especially during the Mount Mary fair held during September every year.

Residents have reportedly been complaining to the authorities about the issue, but it elicited a response only after they approached BJP MP Poonam Mahajan, who then wrote to Sitaram Kunte.
