These days, trolling and bullying has become a norm on social media and celebrities have become the soft target for all the netizens. The latest victim of these acts is Ananya Pandey, daughter of well-known actor Chunkey Pandey. Ananya made her acting debut recently with the film, Student of the Year 2.
During the promotions of that film, Ananya sad that she got admitted into the University of Southern California, but she opted out of the course as she got a chance to act in SOTY 2. Recently, an alleged student of that particular university claimed that Ananya faked her admission into the course.
The young actress was disappointed with such comments and clarified her statement by showcasing her admission papers from the university. She posted the pics and stated, ”I didn’t want to do this. I didn’t feel like I needed to explain myself to anyone, but the rumors that I faked my admission at USC have been doing the rounds for a while now. They’ve been getting out of hand, and it’s even more unfair and sad that my family and friends have to go through this.” Hope the trolls shut their mouths now.
