Bollywood star Ajay Devgn met Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in New Delhi on Monday to explore collaborative opportunities in the film and media sectors.

During the meeting, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy highlighted the proactive measures being undertaken by the Telangana government to attract investments across diverse industries, with a special emphasis on the entertainment sector. He also detailed the state’s growing focus on infrastructure development and skill enhancement, particularly in film and media-related fields.

Impressed by the state’s initiatives, Ajay Devgn expressed keen interest in establishing a world-class film studio in Telangana. The proposed facility would feature cutting-edge infrastructure, including advanced Animation, VFX, and AI-integrated smart studio technologies.

In addition to the studio, Devgn also proposed setting up a skill development institute dedicated to training professionals in various disciplines of filmmaking and media production. He sought the state government’s support to bring this ambitious project to life, noting Telangana’s immense potential to become a key destination for cinematic infrastructure in India.

Ajay Devgn assured his commitment to promoting Telangana as an investment-friendly state and a growing hub for the film industry. The meeting was also attended by Ajit Reddy, Special Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Dr. Gaurav Uppal, Secretary for Coordination of Central Schemes.

With Hyderabad already emerging as a preferred base for film production, the proposed studio is expected to further bolster Telangana’s standing on the national cinema map.
