Rashmika Takes a Stand Against AI Abuse

The growing misuse of Artificial Intelligence to morph or generate fake explicit images of celebrities has become a serious concern in the Indian entertainment industry. Several actors have already voiced their fear and frustration over the issue, and now Rashmika Mandanna has taken a firm stand against this disturbing trend.
On Wednesday, Rashmika penned a strong note on X, calling for strict accountability and responsible use of AI-generated content. She described the situation as a “deep moral decline,” warning that the internet is steadily turning into a space where fabricated visuals are easily accepted as reality.
Condemning the AI-driven creation of vulgar and offensive content targeting women, she wrote, “When truth can be manufactured, discernment becomes our greatest defense.”
Emphasising the ethical collapse behind such actions, Rashmika added, “AI is a tool for progress, but using it to create vulgarity and target women shows a dangerous fall in values. The internet is no longer a mirror of truth — it is a canvas where anything can be fabricated. Let us use AI responsibly and with dignity. If people cannot behave like humans, then strict and unforgiving punishment must be given.”
On the professional front, Rashmika is gearing up for Cocktail 2, directed by Homi Adajania. The film continues the world of the 2012 hit Cocktail, which starred Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty, and became popular for its modern take on friendship and relationships.
