Cases filed against Chandrababu, Nara Lokesh for sharing false news!


Things are not going in Telugu Desam Party’s way. Both former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his son, former Minister Nara Lokesh landed in trouble after cases were filed on the father-son duo for spreading false news.On the grounds of making false allegations against the government whip and Rayadurgam MLA Kapu Ramachandra for an incident that had not happened in Andhra Pradesh, a police case was booked against Nara Lokesh, Chinna Babu.

For making false allegations, a case was filed against Nara Lokesh under Section 153 (A), 505, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code in D Hirehal police station.Alleging that Nara Lokesh is trying to spread false information against him on social media, Rayadurgam MLA Rayadurgam MLA Kapu Ramachandra Reddy a case was filed at the police station.

Looking into details, Nara Lokesh shared a post on Facebook claiming that TDP activist Mauti was attacked and his only way of income bakery was forced to shut after he raised questions on the atrocities and corruption.For sharing false information against the government on the Covid-19 spread, the YSRCP government filed a complaint against Nara Lokesh.

Earlier, a case was filed against Nara Chandrababu Naidu in Kurnool town police station under sections 188 and 505(1)(b)(2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 54 of the Disaster Management Act.

The case was filed against him after a person named Subbaiah who hails from Kurnool registered a complaint against the TDP boss for creating fear among the public for sharing false information.
