Recently, the High Court issued orders that the CBI can investigate Narasapuram YCP MP, Ind-Barath Thermal Power Limited director, Kanumuri Raghuramakrishna Raju, his wife Ramadevi, and daughter K Indira Priyadarshini in the bank fraud allegations case.
Chief Justice Hima Kohli and Justice B Vijayasen Reddy have heard petitions filed by Raghuramakrishnam Raju, his wife, and daughter, along with Ind-Bharat, challenging the fraudulent declaration of their bank accounts in the wake of the RBI circular. The banks such as SBS, IOB, Axis, Syndicate, Indian Bank, Central Bank, Baroda Bank declared Indo-Bharat Company accounts as fraudulent for non-payment of Rs 30.94 crores. Following the arguments, the next hearing was adjourned to July 16. Let’s see how YSRCP leaders will be responding to this matter.
