In a powerful show of support for the Indian armed forces, several prominent celebrities, including Akshay Kumar, Kangana Ranaut, Allu Arjun, Suniel Shetty, and others, praised the military’s swift and decisive action following a deadly terror attack in Pahalgam. Early Wednesday, the Indian Army launched missile strikes across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, hitting nine terror targets, including the Jaish-e-Mohammad stronghold in Bahawalpur, under Operation Sindoor. This retaliation followed the brutal attack that claimed the lives of 26 civilians.
Akshay Kumar took to X (formerly Twitter), sharing a post with the caption “Jai Hind. Jai Mahakaal” alongside a mention of Operation Sindoor. Kangana Ranaut, a Member of Parliament from Mandi, reiterated India’s “zero tolerance” policy toward terrorism, wishing safety and success to the forces. “May god protect those who protect us. #operationsindoor,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. Allu Arjun also expressed his support, writing “Jai Hind #OperationSindoor” on X, while Jr. NTR shared his thoughts, praying for the safety of the Indian Army during the operation.
Suniel Shetty stood firm, declaring that terrorism has no place in the world, with a clear stance on “zero tolerance” and “total justice.” Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur praised India’s response, emphasizing that the action was a precise and responsible hit without war rhetoric.
