After macho hero Rana Daggubati, chocolate boy Naga Chaitanya is all set to turn producer to encourage new-age films. Going into the details, Chaithu is planning to establish a banner to produce a new age movie with Raj Tharun. It is heard that Chaithu’s new production house will be set up very soon.
A source close to the Akkineni family revealed that “Naga Chaitanya will be donning producer’s hat because he has big plans to produce content-driven and promote them by using his brand. Chaitanya was impressed with a storyline narrated by a young director and has given his nod.”
The source further added that “Even though his dad Nagarjuna owns Annapoorna Studios, Naga Chaitanya wants to branch out on his own and make films of his choice and he may act in his production too if he comes across an exciting script.
Primarily, he wants to give a boost to small budget movies and prove that well-made movies will strike a chord with the masses if properly captured and marketed.”
Well, after Rana, now it is the turn of another third-generation star to bet his money on movies…
