According to sources close to the film unit, the actor has been experiencing mild fever and fatigue over the past few days, largely due to continuous shooting schedules and physical strain. Doctors have reportedly advised him to take complete rest for a brief period before resuming work.

Directed by Prashanth Neel, Dragon has been progressing at a rapid pace since last year. The film carries massive expectations as it marks the first collaboration between the KGF director and the RRR star, making every update related to the project go instantly viral. Recently, the makers unveiled NTR’s striking new look from the film, which received a thunderous response from fans. Shortly after, reports surfaced about the actor stepping away from the shoot temporarily due to health issues.

While there has been no official statement from either the actor or the production team, sources clarify that this is only a temporary pause. The shoot is currently underway at a specially erected set in Ramoji Film City, where Prashanth Neel was reportedly filming a major action sequence when the break occurred.
