Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is set to visit Singapore on July 26, in what is being seen as a strategic and high-profile official tour. Naidu has long held Singapore in high regard, particularly for its excellence in city planning, urban infrastructure, and social development — a vision he aspires to emulate in shaping Amaravati.
The Chief Minister will be accompanied by key cabinet ministers, including Nara Lokesh, TG Bharath, Narayana, and others. The delegation’s visit will span four days, from July 26 to July 30, and will focus on studying Singapore’s advanced models of urban beautification, port development, town planning, and social infrastructure.
This will be Chandrababu Naidu’s first official international visit after taking charge for a record fourth term as Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister. His longstanding ambition to develop Amaravati as a world-class city inspired by Singapore’s urban success remains central to his governance agenda. The visit not only underscores his continued commitment to that vision but also aims to equip the state’s leadership with global insights and partnerships to drive Andhra Pradesh’s developmental roadmap forward.
