
May 2 will be remembered as a landmark date for Andhra Pradesh, marking the official relaunch of the Amaravati capital project. The Amaravati 2.0 event took place in grand fashion at Velagapudi, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi gracing the occasion.
Addressing a massive gathering, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu delivered a bold and inspiring speech, promising that the Amaravati capital city would be completed within the next three years. He pledged to build a world-class capital that would instill pride among the people of Andhra Pradesh.
“This is my promise to the people. We will complete the Amaravati capital within three years. And I assure you all—this will be a capital to be proud of. We will invite Prime Minister Modi once again, this time to inaugurate the fully completed Amaravati,” Naidu declared.
He also referenced his earlier success in transforming Hyderabad into a global IT hub, stating that he aims to bring a similar revolution to Amaravati through the proposed Quantum Valley project.
Adding to the momentum, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan praised Naidu’s visionary leadership, expressing confidence that his experience in building Hyderabad will play a crucial role in shaping Amaravati.
As Chandrababu extended the invitation to PM Modi for the future inauguration, the Prime Minister was seen warmly applauding—signaling strong support for the ambitious project.
