Renowned filmmaker Sai Rajesh, celebrated for his cult hits like Colour Photo and Baby, is reuniting with popular producer SKN to present an exciting new venture starring Kiran Abbavaram and Sri Gouri Priya in the lead roles.
The film’s title and first glimpse were unveiled today by the dynamic director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who praised the concept, stating:
“#ChennaiLoveStory – This story is not about first love. It’s about the right one. Loved the title and concept of the film. Love truly comes in unexpected ways. Best wishes to the whole team.”
The glimpse captures a poignant moment between two individuals sitting by the shore, engaging in a heartfelt conversation about the nuances of love—distinguishing between first love and the ‘best’ love. Sri Gouri Priya’s character opens the dialogue with a memorable quote from Sai Rajesh and SKN’s cult classic Baby, while Kiran Abbavaram’s character humorously dismisses it as “stupid,” adding a relatable touch of realism. The narrative touches deeply on themes such as the enduring strength of a mother’s love and the resilience required to move forward after the heartbreak of first love.
Complementing the emotive storytelling is the legendary composer and ‘Melody Brahma’ Manisharma, whose evocative score sweeps through the scenes like a magical breeze, elevating the film’s emotional impact. The visual storytelling is entrusted to cinematographer Viswas Daniel, whose lens captures the intimate essence of the narrative beautifully. Dheeraj Mogilineni joins as co-producer, further strengthening the film’s creative team.
With a compelling story, a talented cast, and a powerhouse crew, this project promises to be a heartfelt exploration of love’s true meaning, delivered with the finesse audiences have come to expect from Sai Rajesh and SKN.
