Tollywood’s talented director Puri Jagannadh, who scored several blockbusters, is now all set to appear on the silver screen alongside Megastar Chiranjeevi in the latter’s upcoming film, ‘Godfather’.
The creative film maker has been brought on the board to play a special role in the movie. Announcing the same, Chiranjeevi penned great words about Puri Jagannadh on his Twitter handle.
Sharing a picture with the director from the sets of Godfather, the Sye Raa actor wrote, “A boy from Narsipatnam came to Hyderabad to shine as an actor on the silver screen. He played a few small roles and his fate turned and become a star director. But his dream of becoming an actor shouldn’t be left unfulfilled. That is why introducing my Puri in a special role, from the sets of #Godfather.”
Directed by Mohan Raja of Thani Oruvan fame, Godfather stars Lady Superstar Nayanthara as the female lead. The movie has Salman Khan playing an extended cameo while Harish Uthaman, Satyadev Kancharana Jayaprakash and Vamsi Krishna will be seen in crucial roles.
