It is a well-known fact that YCP supporters generally don’t hold much affection for the Mega family, mainly because of the Jana Sena factor. However, for the first time, they have begun showing respect towards Chiranjeevi.
The reason behind this sudden change is Chiranjeevi’s bold move of releasing an open letter, in which he shared his true experiences with Jagan Mohan Reddy. According to many YCP followers, this act reflected his integrity and courage. Though it took him some time to come forward, people are appreciating the fact that he finally chose to set the record straight.
Interestingly, within the Mega camp itself, no one raised objections to Chiranjeevi’s letter—even though it placed Pawan Kalyan in a slightly defensive position. Instead, their attention has been on strongly condemning Balakrishna for his remarks against Chiranjeevi in the Assembly.
Some are even comparing Chiranjeevi to Bhishma from the Mahabharata, a personality who commanded respect from both Pandavas and Kauravas for his dignity and principles.
Chiranjeevi’s firm clarification—that he was never insulted by former CM Jagan Mohan Reddy—has now become a point of admiration, earning him greater respect across political and public circles.
