The government of Andhra Pradesh’s newly imposed G.O 35 is suppressing the theatrical industry in the state. But on the other hand, the Telangana government is standing by the Telugu film industry when it is needed the most.
As per sources, Chiranjeevi played an instrumental role in the ticket hikes proposal passed by the government of Telangana recently. He personally met with TRS MP Santosh and proposed the new pricing system which is beneficial to everyone involved.
Now, Chiranjeevi is raring to do something very similar in Andhra Pradesh. He has even started acting accordingly.
Chiranjeevi is expected to prepare a new ticket pricing proposal for Andhra Pradesh and submit the same to the chief minister YS Jagan and Cinematography minister Perni Nani.
Chiru is likely to meet with Perni Nani in the next couple of days and request him to consider the new proposal for ticket hikes in Andhra Pradesh. Further developments in this regard will play a decisive role in the possibility of rejuvenation of the theatrical industry in Andhra Pradesh.
Chiranjeevi is hoping to meet YS Jagan in the next few days and request him to permit hikes in cinema ticket pricing.
