Fans had speculated about megastar Chiranjeevi’s noticeable absence from the promotions of director Anil Ravipudi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasadgaru. Sources have now clarified that the actor recently underwent knee surgery for an injury he had been postponing for some time.
A source revealed, “He had been setting aside this injury for a while. Now that one of his projects is complete, he decided to get the long-pending issue addressed before starting his next shoot.”
As part of his recovery, Chiranjeevi has been advised complete rest for one month. The star is expected to return to work after this period, ensuring he is fully fit for his upcoming projects.
