Knowing about the condition of his 10-yr-old fan Sangem Balu who was diagnosed with cancer, and got to know that Balu wanted to meet him, Chiranjeevi had visited him in hospital last month. Chiru spent around 15 minutes with the boy, his parents and showered the boy with gifts and wished for his speedy recovery.
When die-hard fan Balu had requested Chiru to dance, he quipped saying, “The day you recover and leave the hospital, please come to my house. We shall dance together to whatever song you wish at my place.”
Wishing him a speedy recovery, Chiranjeevi tied a thread to the boy’s wrist, he even announced that Balu will play a role in his 150th film, much to the exitement of the boy’s parents. Latest is that Chiru is in constant touch with the boy and even wished him “Happy New Year” on the new year eve.
Paying a visit, spedning quality time and presenting gifts is okay, but wishing him on the New Year and being in touch with the fan is what separates Chiru from the rest. As Chiru offered Balu a role in his 150th film, Balu is now busy learning dance.
Balu hails from Jannaram of Adilabad district. He is the elder son of Sangem Sridhar and Padma. Balu just returned to his native place from Hyderabad. We hear that he’s recuperating.
