Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu Naidu has been requesting farmers to come forward voluntarily and give their lands generously to enable his government to build grand capital in Tullur region for the new state. He even came with what he calls as the best land pooling incentive for the farmers and his ministers are trying their best to convince farmers.
However main opposition party YSRCP is blasting the program and its president Jagan Mohan Reddy says his heart is breaking on hearing the woes of the farmers. He said TDP govt and CM Chandra Babu is giving mental torture to farmers.
Jagan who interacted with farmers today after hearing from them how police are pressuring them said there is nothing wrong of farmers willingly give their lands but AP govt is forcing farmers. He said once his party comes to power he will return back the lands to the farmers.
He said he along with farmers will meet Governor Narasimhan and inform the problems of farmers.
