As excitement builds for James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash, which hits theatres on December 19, fans may be treated to an unexpected bonus — the first look at SS Rajamouli’s Mahesh Babu–Priyanka Chopra starrer Varanasi.

Reports suggest that the theatrical release of Cameron’s visual spectacle may also feature early glimpses of Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday, and Steven Spielberg’s much-anticipated UFO project.

According to the MJ Cartel X page, discussions are underway to attach the trailer of Rajamouli’s grand action-adventure epic to Avatar: Fire and Ash. An industry source shared,
“Varanasi is one of the most hyped films right now. It’s global in every sense. Since multiple sneak peeks of international biggies are being attached, it makes complete sense to include a major Indian film as well.”

If finalised, this will mark a massive global platform for Varanasi, giving the audience a thrilling double treat during Avatar screenings.
