Court serves notice to CM Jagan, directs to appear before the court!

YSRCP Supremo, serving Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy faced a rude shock after the Court served notices to Jagan and directed the Chief Minister to appear before the court on the 12th of this month.

The Court served notices to Jagan in a case traced back to 2014. A case has been registered against Jagan on the charges of carrying out a rally on National Highway-65 without proper permission.

Going into detail, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has conducted a public rally on the National Highway before the 2014 elections. Jagan is said to have violated the Code of Conduct for Elections.

A Charge Sheet was filed against YS Jagan and two others in this regard at the Kodad town. The local court has quashed the cases of A2 and A3 in this case. But Jagan was not acquitted in the case.

The Nampally Court ‘trailing the public representatives heard the petition filed in this regard and served notices to time for mot appearing for the previous hearing. He was directed to appear before the court on February 12.
