Former MP GV.Harsha Kumar prior to Andhra Pradesh bifurcation used to be active in politics. During that time he even advocated separate Andhra movement attracting the wrath of people of Andhra Pradesh.
Now this former MP from Amalapuram got shock from court. Third Additional Magistrate Court of Rajamundry fined Harsha Kumar Rs 1000 Rs and even sentenced him to sxi month jail term for preventing police do their duty.
Police instead of following court orders arrested him and released him on bail on the same day. On Feb 27,2007, Harsha Kumar allegedly entered Three Town Police Station in Rajamundry and manhandled ASI Satyanarayana before forcibly taking his followers who were detained for violating 144 section.
Police imposed section 144 after Karem Shivaji,president of Mala Mahanadu went on fast unto death strike.
