Young hero Naga Chaitanya is gearing up with his action drama ‘Custody’ which is directed by Venkat Prabhu. The movie is going to come out on 12th May and the first song ‘Head Up High’ has been released a few days back. The shooting is done and the dubbing works too are in the last stages according to reports.
As a promotional strategy, the team of ‘Custody’ decided to have a fun clash. As we know, the movie is releasing in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously. They released a video where Venkat Prabhu is seen wearing a CSK shirt while Chaitanya is sporting an SRH shirt. While Chaitanya asked the director to support SRH instead of CSK, Venkat Prabhu asked the reverse.
Since the clash between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad is going to happen today evening, the actor and director will be seen on Jio Cinema at 6:30 PM. They will talk about their movie as well as their love for IPL before the match. With the entire country fully immersed in IPL, the filmmakers are using it as a promotional tool for their movies.
Srinivasaa Chitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen is bankrolling the film while Abburi Ravi has penned dialogues. The legendary father-son duo of Maestro, Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja, and little Maestro Yuvan Shankar Raja are going to score tunes for the film and Pavan Kumar will be presenting this ambitious project. SR Kathir is the cinematographer while Sarath Kumar and Priyamani are playing key roles. Aravind Swamy will be seen in an important role in this movie while Krithi Shetty is the heroine.
