The TDP leader and former Andhra Pradesh Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya who was arrested under abduction of Praveen Kumar and his brothers’ case in connection with Hafeezpet land issue has received a shock from Hyderabad police.
Recently, the Secunderabad court has once again rejected her bail stating that the cases with a punishment of life imprisonment do not fall under their purview.
In addition to this, it was revealed that the Hyderabad police have filed another case under IPC Section 395 for indulging in dacoity against Bhuma Akhila Priya. The dacoity case is a non-bailable offense.
Currently, Akhila Priya is trying to file another bail petition in the metropolitan sessions court in Nampally. Till she gets bail, she should be in Chanchalguda jail.
