Akkineni young hero Akhil debuted into the industry with ‘Akhil’ movie. The film failed miserably at the box office which highly disappointed him. He took a small break from the industry then and came back with ‘Hello’. Even though the entire Akkineni family worked hard promoting the flick, the results were not satisfactory.
Despite getting a positive reception from the audience, the collections of ‘Hello’ has disappointed the fans and family alike. On the bright side, Akhil proved his acting skills and talent to deliver certain emotions at ease with Hello movie. Now, this young hero is focusing on his upcoming movie and listened to so many scripts.
Rumors erupted that so many acclaimed directors including Koratala Siva, Puri Jagannadh approached Akhil with scripts. Even though Akhil himself clarified that he will announce his next on January 10th, nothing such happened even after a month. As per the talk, Akhil is showing much interest in Puri’s script. But Puri is currently with his son Akash Puri’s launch with a romantic love story ‘Mehbooba’. There was a buzz that Puri will start shooting of Akhil’s movie after wrapping up Mehabooba.
Frankly speaking, Puri himself is in neck-deep flops. He has been struggling hard to recover from his flops and hasn’t scored any hit movie lately. At this juncture, can he save Akhil or vice versa?
