The cover story grabbed everyone’s attention as he was called Global Star on the cover pic. On the occasion, she gave an interview to Time magazine in which she spoke about various issues from facing controversies and becoming the target of trolls.
Her interview caught everyone’s attention as she made some interesting comments on marriages and relationships. Talking about her relationship with her husband Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone gave a piece of big advice to the current generation on relationships and how to deal with them.
Drawing a comparison between the current generation and the previous generation, Deepika Padukone said that the previous generation had patience in relationships which is lacking in the current generation and they can learn from the previous generation. She said that patience is key in any relationship.
Saying that we grow up being influenced by films or relationships and marriages around us, Deepika said that people should understand the fact that their journey is different from others and that having patience is key here.
“I think we all grow up being influenced by movies, or we grow up being influenced by relationships and the marriages around us. But I think, the sooner you accept that the journey that we are on or that the two people are on is going to be very different from someone else’s journey, the better it is,” Deepika Padukone said.
