Dhanush’s Jagame Thandiram is set to premiere directly on Netflix. In the wake of surge in Covid cases, the makers of the action drama have opted to skip theatrical release.
A short while back, the makers of the Dhanush starrer officially announced that the film will be releasing on Netflix on 18th June.
Jagame Thandiram is the first Tamil biggie to go the OTT way after theatres shut operation due to second wave.
The Telugu version which has been titled Jagame Tantram will also be premiering on the same day as the Tamil one – 18th June.
The film is directed by Karthik Subbaraj and it stars Aishwarya Lekshmi in the lady lead role.
