Chiranjeevi has been facing some kind of troubles like never before in assembling a cast for his Acharya, directed by Koratala Siva.
The actor and his son, Ram Charan are producing the film and it has been long time in the pre-production process due to many delays.
Finally, when it started shooting, Trisha Krishnan decided to quit the film. Mahesh who was almost confirmed to be part of the film, quoted heavy amount as remuneration and Ram Charan is said to be joining the team post RRR shoot, for that particular role.
Now, we hear that Anushka decided to reject the film, but as she couldn’t do it directly, she quoted extra price as remuneration, it seems.
She did not like her character and she has become highly choosy about her scripts, lately, it seems. As she couldn’t convey it like that, she decided to hike her remuneration for the project, it seems.
All this is hearsay, and we cannot confirm the exact details. Instead of Anushka, Kajal has come on board to do the role, in the film. After the quarantine period is over, shoot will continue in double speed it seems.
