Director Harish Shankar has been dynamically sharing about covid-19 related updates and some issues on social media. The director who is known for lending his helping hand for the needy, tagged a viral video of a lady doctor Sultana’s appeal about exorbitant charges for covid-19 treatment to Etela Rajender, Minister for Health earlier. To which the minister replied positively and indirectly the director has become a saviour to salvage the messiest situation.
Now once again Harish Shankar shared a news article on twitter yesterday related to the covid-19 death toll reaching 500 in the Telanagana state. One of the user retweeted and questioned him about certain covid-19 issues, where Gandhi and other private hospitals were charging unfairly for the treatment. To which Harish Shankar clarified the angry netizen and replied today:
“I have tweeted about Gandhi and Odmania(Osmania) as well my point is to create awareness this is not the time to criticise any Government manam temple ki velli authorities anadam lo meaning ledhu….. Ee time lo temple visit is not advisable anedhi naa uddesam” !! (Sic).
However, it didn’t go well with the users as they criticised the director and also the Telangana government. While the director also appreciated about the AP police enforcement in another tweet, which seized the illegal procurement of liquor.
