A desperate KCR has publicly appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the man who he called as Sannasi for help. This is after facing flak from various quarters over his inept handling of the power issue, resulting in the suicides of at least three farmers on an average each day.
KCR is now seen being seen once again at his vitriolic best where he called the TDP boss and Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu a ‘dayyam’ (devil) and held him responsible for the power woes of Telangana. KCR announced that Telangana would be knocking the doors of Supreme Court over Naidu’s refusal to provide electricity from the power plant in Krishnapatnam adding that his state should be getting 1,422 Megawatts from Krishnapatnam and Hinduja plants.
Many political seniors and analysts are saying it is surprising to see how this man who doesn’t respect any authority is now seeking Centre’s help to resolve the power situation in Telangana. Unless the centre intervenes, the situation is not going to change.
