Enforcement Directorate(ED) on Friday grilled actress Rakul Preet Singh for about seven hours in connection with the Tollywood drug case.The ED found that Rakul Preet has transferred a huge amount of money to actor Navdeep’s F-Club pub account. The investigation agency has also obtained evidence that she had even discussed financial transactions with the drug case accused Kelvin on a WhatsApp chat.
During the investigation on Friday, officials asked the actress to disclose the details on transferring cash, mainly to an F-Club bank account, and on the discussion of financial transactions with Kelvin.
A team led by ED Joint Director Abhishek Goyal interrogated Rakul from 10.30 am. On this occasion, she submitted her personal bank accounts details as well as statements of his fitness centre accounts. The actress is reported to have said that she had no connection with Kelvin and that she had never seen him.
However, it appears that a party was held in 2016 at the F-Club in New Zealand, during which Rakul was introduced to Kelvin. It is learned that financial transactions have been going on through the club’s general manager ever since. In the past, even during the SIT trial, it was confirmed that Kelvin had supplied drugs to cine celebrities at the F-Club centre.
