The upcoming film Gurram Paapireddy, starring Naresh Agastya and Faria Abdullah in the lead roles, is directed by Murali Manohar and is gearing up for a theatrical release on December 19, 2025. After creating strong buzz with quirky promotional content, a high-energy teaser, an engaging trailer, and chartbuster songs, the makers held a grand pre-release press meet today, filled with confidence and positivity.

Legendary comedian Brahmanandam graced the event and shared interesting insights about the film. He revealed that he plays a key role as a judge who narrates the story to the audience. Calling Gurram Paapireddy a refreshing and different film, Brahmanandam praised director Murali Manohar for presenting the story in a way that connects well with today’s audiences.

He also highlighted Yogi Babu’s role as one of the major attractions of the film. Though he doesn’t share combination scenes with Yogi Babu, Brahmanandam mentioned that the comedian has delivered hilarious moments. He further appreciated the performances of Jeevan Kumar, Rajkumar Kasireddy, and Vamsidhar Kosigi, stating that the director extracted impressive performances from all of them.

Expressing strong confidence in the film’s success, Brahmanandam said the producers never compromised on quality and backed the project wholeheartedly. He urged audiences to support new-age films made by newcomers, adding that such encouragement helps the industry grow and allows talented teams to deliver more meaningful cinema.

Gurram Paapireddy is produced by Venu Saddi, Amar Bura, and Jayakanth (Bobby), with Dr. Sandhya Goli presenting the film.
