Building on that momentum, the platform launched AIR (All India Rankers), a youth-driven web series that delves into the everyday lives and pressures faced by intermediate students.
The series opened to a largely positive response, with audiences appreciating its relatable storytelling, youthful cast, and grounded themes. However, a particular scene from one of the episodes sparked unexpected backlash online.
In the scene, a senior character is seen advising his juniors with comments that some viewers interpreted as promoting caste-based ideology. The dialogue, which mentioned choosing allies from one’s own community and framed success in domains like cricket through a caste lens, drew criticism.
