The makers of Icon star Allu Arjun’s upcoming actioner, Pushpa, have already announced that the film will hit screens on December 25 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
The first part has been titled Pushpa: The Rise, and the second part will be out in the next year. It is known that Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead in the flick.
Now, the latest update we hear is Allu Arjun and Rashmika will be playing on-screen wife and husband in Pushpa. It is a known fact that both the stars are going with a de-glam look for the film, which revolves around a red sandalwood smuggling backdrop.
With this update, we can understand that there will be interesting episodes between the lead pair and this could be one of the highlights of the film.
Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar in association with Muttamsetty Media, the Sukumar directorial marks the Telugu debut of Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil, who will play the antagonist in the film.
