O Pitta Katha is apparently a satire. Starring Vishwanth, Nitya Shetty and Sanjay Rao, it is produced by Bhavya Creations. In the film a grandfather wants to tell a story, a Panchatantra to put his granddaughter to sleep but she tells him to hang on and tells a story to him instead. It is about a village girl.
She and her classmate, a boy are neighbors and study together from play school to college. He goes to work and at that time her parents begin to look out for alliances.
The class mate learns about it and thinks of sending a proposal to her through his parents. Meanwhile the girl has a relative who comes to the village and he is from the USA.
Like in any other film, she takes him around the fields and he falls for her. Both the guys decide to express their love on a certain day and when they begin to approach her, she goes missing.
The next half of the story is about what happens to her. The mystery is supposed to be thrilling.
